This home was built on a small corner lot (10m x 25m). The living room takes up most of the space, while the atmosphere for the dining room is created by a light empty wall fashined in a curve which does not touch the ceiling.
Natural stones in the side wall, concrete blocks in different shapes, orange-colored window sashes, asbestos cement as blinds, and no rear house, are some of its special characteristics.
This residence, projected by Ruy a year after he had graduated, received na award at the 1965 São Paulo Biennial Exhibition.
