The project opens the community center to the public for sports and leisure activities, under the management of Centro Paula Souza.

In addition to the Sports and Recreation ETEC building, with a built area of 4,500 square meters, the Community Center also includes a bike path, sports courts, a BMX and skate track, facilities for extreme sports and tree climbing, a covered space for gymnastics and martial arts activities, table tennis, boxing, among others. These facilities serve as laboratories for students and may also be used by the community for leisure activities and sports practice.
