Due to the rapid growth of the Aché Company, this set of buildings was enlarged five times in 20 years, bringing working areas into contact with administrative sectors and gardens. The project, which today has 32,000 square meters of constructed space, is a prominent landmark on the Via dutra, the highway between Brazil’s two most important cities, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
In 1973 the project was awarded the Biennial Prize at the São Paulo International Biennial Exposition of Architecture.
